Terms of service

Keyrace lists upcoming endurance races and helps you plan a season around them. We don't organize races or sell race entries. Registration happens on the race's own site or a registration platform, under that site's terms, and any purchase, refund or transfer is between you and them.

Race listings come from registration platforms, public sources and people who submit races, and are updated regularly. Dates, distances, prices, registration status, weather and past-results figures can be wrong or out of date, and races can change or be cancelled. Always confirm details with the race organizer before you register, travel or train for a race.

Training blocks, tapers, recovery windows, race suggestions, fitness levels and predicted times are general estimates based on common training principles and the information you enter. They are not medical, coaching or professional advice and don't account for your health. Talk to a doctor before starting a new training program or race, listen to your body, and take part in any race at your own risk.

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• Give accurate information, keep your password private, and tell us if you think your account has been used without permission.
• You're responsible for what happens under your account.
• You can delete your account at any time from your account page.

When you submit a race, you confirm it's a real event and that the details are accurate as far as you know. You give Keyrace a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to review, edit, publish and display that race information as part of the catalog, including after you delete your account. We may decline or remove any submission.

Please don't:

• Submit false, misleading, spam or unlawful content, or races you have no reason to believe are real.
• Scrape, copy or republish the race catalog in bulk, or use automated tools to access Keyrace in ways that burden it.
• Try to get into other people's accounts or data, or interfere with or probe the security of the service.
• Use Keyrace in a way that breaks the law or the terms of the sites we link to.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

Keyrace links to registration sites and other websites we don't control and aren't responsible for. Some links include a referral code, and we may earn a commission when you register through them. This doesn't change the price you pay or which races we show.

Keyrace is free to use today. If we offer paid features, we'll show the price and billing terms before you buy, payments will be handled by our payment processor, and those terms will be added here.

The Keyrace name, design, software and the way we organize and score races belong to us or our licensors. Race names, logos and trademarks belong to their owners, and showing them doesn't mean they endorse Keyrace. You may use Keyrace for your own personal, non-commercial planning.

Keyrace is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties, express or implied, including that the service will be accurate, uninterrupted or error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Keyrace and the people who run it won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost entry fees, travel costs, injury from training or racing, or lost data, arising from your use of Keyrace or from race information being wrong. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or US$50. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about Keyrace or these terms will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Kentucky, and you and we agree to their jurisdiction. If the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim in your local courts or under your local law, these terms don't take that away.

We may update these terms; we'll change the date at the top and, for material changes, tell account holders by email or in the app before they take effect. If you keep using Keyrace after a change, the new terms apply. You can stop using Keyrace and delete your account at any time, and we may change or stop offering the service.
